What support?
what a stupid solution to offer members since the technical department cannot fix the problem.

Problem 1: IM loads and you choose someone to message and the window opens, halfway, the line where you type your messages and chat is missing, the right side of the chat box is also missing, so you cannot scroll up or down either.

site cure...delete your entire account and start over. lose all your friends, your blogs your everything. well thats not a solution I want to choose.

site support acts stupid, shooting itself in the foot and driving members away by the hundreds. Standard members are expendable cuz the corporate philosophy at various incorporated is "PROFITS over PEOPLE!"

This was a gr8 site, and I guess like all gr8 things in life...and this too will come to pass. How SADD!! Relegate me to the back of the bus...how awful. I.m sick of this $$$$$$ philosophy that has infected this site. MAD as hell!!!!!
