Pants showing.

I always tuck my shirt in my pants and the white waistband of the pants is frequently showing at the top.I get wedgies all the time and get called nerd and geek etc. I frankly don't see what the problem is.There are a lot more things in society right now to get genuinely upset about than underpants. How do you feel about this?
